Dr. Renee Fraser is the founder and CEO of Fraser Communications, a full-service advertising and marketing agency that specializes in creating behavior change campaigns for social causes and brands. Some of her clients include First 5 California, The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, UCLA, and East West Bank.

Dr. Fraser is also a noted social psychologist and a radio host. She hosts Why Women, a weekly talk show on KABC 790 AM, where she interviews leaders from various fields and discusses the challenges and opportunities that women face in work and life. She also provides psychological insights and tips for ways women can lead and succeed.

Dr. Fraser has a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in psychology from Stanford University. She is a board member of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation, and the Women Presidents’ Organization. She is also a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Committee of 200.

Dr. Fraser has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work, such as the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women Making a Difference Award, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award.
