Finalists and winners will be selected by a panel of past honorees and WiTH Foundation leadership. Award recipients will be honored live on stage at the SoCal Women’s Leadership Summit on November 12, 2025, in front of hundreds of industry leaders, innovators, and community members.

The Women in Technology Hollywood Foundation (WiTH) is excited to announce the return of the annual SoCal Women’s Leadership Summit on November 12th! of this year. This event will bring together the multipliers in entertainment technology to collaborate on navigating change in our industry and careers. The summit will be held both in-person in Los Angeles and virtually.

The full-day event, themed “Bold Moves: Navigating Change and Courage with Purpose,” promises a dynamic lineup of presentations and discussions. Last year’s in-person edition of the summit attracted over 250 attendees, with more than 70 percent representing the media, entertainment, and tech-adjacent industries.
