As the host of the podcast series “Seizing the AI Moment,” she explores the transformative impact of AI across various industries.

Gottipati is a global technology executive renowned for her leadership in digital transformation within the beauty, media, and telecom industries. Currently at Estée Lauder, she spearheads technology delivery across multiple functions, including global supply chain and R&D. Her career began at AT&T Bell Labs, where she held various roles, eventually becoming a technology advisor to the CTO and president.

Her journey into AI began at NBCUniversal, where she led innovation in emerging technologies. At Estee Lauder, she has been instrumental in integrating AI into consumer experiences, such as virtual try-ons and personalized fragrance recommendations, while also focusing on sustainability and enterprise-level AI governance.
